My dad brought home a little Suzuki Samurai that we got for $100. I didn't know anything about wheeling at that time. But my brother-in-law was into it and the first thing we did was took the wheels off my Chevy and put them on:

Then we changed the front bumper:

Soon I was out wheeling it:

Upgraded the tires and suspension:

Wheeled some more:

Doors and seats:

Then I found out about rock crawlers and buggies. I had to have one. I figured I would buy another Samurai and some tube and build up from the frame:

Then Ryan at Wicked Fab had tube chassis special on the Malvada. So I bought it:

I got it all mocked up:

But decided that I couldn't do it myself. So I loaded it all up and had Dr. Smash hook me up:

Got some bigger tires:

Painted it:

And I've been wheeling ever since. This year will be my first year with it all ready to wheel for the whole year. I can't wait.

The PS rear door was rottin out. Found another door that AMAZINGLY was the same factory blue, but no woodgrain on it. Wasnt about to get it re applied, so it all came off.
I actually liked the woodgrain. Friends gave me shit about it all the time, but I thought it was fun.

you talkin bout Swagger??

well it started out as this.
Stock Carbed 1.3L, stock 5 speed, rock block, 6.5tcase twin sticked and disconnect. yota axles 5.29s and ARBs, Off the self Suspension kit, Trail Slayer kit. 4 link rear 3 link front. 101wb 39in sticky krawlers

than we did a body swap and made it a SJ413 LWB zuk, shortened wb to 96 dropped to 35s, 16v and 3speed auto to 6.5 zuk case and a badass cage. Still off the self Suspesion kit

than we won the west coast werock in stock mod class, and got kicked out of the class (whole other story) so we dove tailed it and thru some 37s on it and stretched it to 99wb and ran it in the pro mod class. i put that rig thru its paces. Still the same off self kit
i think it was the most basic/simple rig in the promod class

shafts were fine. never broke a 30 spline long or stock rear axle. went thru ring and pinions alot. but beginning of last year Trail Gear hooked us up with some of their gears and had them cryod and they have been holding up to some serious abuse! and the all the front red labels have been half full of water too.
it also has a rock assault rear end and chromo rear shafts

we sold the 37s and rims and its sittin on 35s again.

ya i know it doesnt follow too well but i wasnt goin for looks. i wanted somethin that wouldnt budge. its structurally stronger cause to get it to follow itd need a bend roughley have way down and that makes a weak spot in the cage!
cause the cage before that, i rolled hard in Coloma and slammed my head on the ground cause i shifted the cage 8inches out of place. so i made this one ridiculously overbuilt.
ive literally drove it off the side of huge drop offs cause i needed to finish the course, rolled hard and landed back on the wheels either inside the gate or outside and finished. and the cage hasnt moved one bit.

lol arent you forgetting about my dads zuk too? the one who ran with us at the club challenge

and the single seater has all the goodies lol and secrets! hahah
