Got the upper link mounts done today. Also added a plate to the bottom of the diff that way there is no lip hanging down.Started on the 14 bolt link/truss and pinion guard, sleeping on how I want the coilovers to mount(either on top of the tube or behind)

How long are those high steer arms? They look a bit short(maybe its the camera angle..) the reason I ask is with those bling knuckles that are stronger than stock, wouldnt you want to take advantage of that strength, use a longer high steer arms and have more steering power?

The steering arms look shorter in the picture, they are only about 1" shorter than Artec's arms which I believe are the longest available.Steering should be plenty powerful with 2.5 Ram.
Heres some more pics:

Started on the fuel cell, will use stock toyota fuel pump and sender.Mounting it right behind the cab as low as possible, bottom angles are to clear rear upper links

Thanks Chad,Regular work is still super busy, taking advantage while it is available and spending all spare time on this project.I have to replace the joints on my rear upper links on my truck before I can do any wheelin. We went to the rubicon on Dec 1 and while screwing around at the springs the snap ring on a RE joint blew out, pulled the link to try to fix it and the spanners was also starting to rip out,7/8 heim will take its place.

Comes out the same way mine does, you unbolt the pinion bolts and the three top bolts the plate swings out and down then the pinion slips right out. Lookin good Larson

Some more progress, tires mounted, fenders trimmed and cage modified, had to cut rear inner fenders out completely (fab some alum ones later). Rear axle in with coilovers mocked, Air bumps left to do, Fuel cell mounted temporarly. Trying to get all the grunt work (grinding) done before setting front axle in place.

Working on finishing up crossmember/skid plate, clearancing in front for full bump, Front coilover towers. Probably going to use UHMW for the belly pan.

Well its finally almost 100% done, just a few small details left to do and a little testing. Alot more work on some things than I expected but anything on a wheeler almost always ends up that way. Spent a lot of time on little details that I hope that anyone that fabricates can appreciate.Andy Hagin has been in touch with Joel from Toyota 4wd Mag. trying to set up a photo opp..We are going to Prision Hill this coming Sat. to do some testing in the morning if anyone wants to come out, 10 am.
The truck ended up with a 116" wheelbase and 23" belly height and the tires clear every where by a CH! If you dont know what a CH is than I dont what to tell ya. Heres some Porn Pics for you so ENJOY!

Truck turned out sweet.... Im suprized those tires clear without more cutting. Hopefully that added capability doesnt find a way to unsmooth that paint and body!
