That's about right. I should be a couple psi more with my mods.
According to the recipe I'm using, I should be at about 290-300hp and 315-325tq.

What are you doing? Doesn't look like you can go much smaller pulley on the blower. Can you go bigger crank pulley? Remember you're gonna make about 1.5-2.5psi more at KOH than you do here depending on current atmospheric conditions.

I believe stock is 3.4". They make as small as 2.5"!

So the blower "driven" pulley is the farthest one out in the picture - the one WITHOUT the a belt on it - that makes sense then. Cuz that one that the alternator belt is on doesn't look like it could go any smaller or it would hit the housing.

Funny is I run a 3.4in pulley on my Procharger / 6.0L and it makes 15+psi.

Normally the SC pulley is at the end of the snout and runs a separate belt.
However, I'm using an offset pulley to eliminate an extra belt, two idlers, and a tensioner.
Stock series 3 w/ gen5 blower is 260/280 hp/tq w/ 3.8" pulley.
I'm using a 3.6" and can drop to a 3.4" with the offset pulley.

As Jesse said, down to a 2.5" is possibly w/ stock pulley location and minor machining to the snout.

More aggressive timing with less boost is better than the opposite.
I'm not trying to make the most powerful 3800. I'm sure it will already be too much for me.

Lots of mounts.
Rad, fan, p/s cooler, trans cooler, winch, panhard, and lights.
Doesn't look like much, but takes awhile with my limited fab skills.
Now to pull engine, finish weld all that junk. Oh and get the clearance hole I cut in the aluminum oil pan welded up.

How big is that tank? looks like 20'ish? seems really big for your little buggy.

Holley's new Hydramat looks AWESOME! Kind of pricey but Summit looks like they stock them.

I've seen the Hydramat. It does look cool, but $$$. that's why I went with Walbro pickups.

The tank does look BIG in that pic. It's about 10 gal. Poly bladder is 25"long x 9" wide x 12" tall.

I have a video of it running, but I'm too computer inept to post it

ive talked to a few people said it breaks down and causes issues but take that with a grain of salt, ive been wondering of ways to stop my fuel staving issue and was gonna make something like phil has, how much do those pickups from walbro run?

I don't know. I've only messed with them on my rig and a yota truggy with a supra 7m.
Both are pretty light. So far the air shocks seem fine so long as I don't try to race
Of the 1k# on each front corner, probably only 1/2 is actually supported by the shocks.
Those axles are heavy!
